We grow organic german chamomile at our apiary, We collect and dry the flowers in small batches, then infuse our honey with the dried flowers. The result is a honey with a gentle  flavour of chamomile that pairs wonderfully with our medium amber local flora honey. We then mix a fine honey crystal through the infused honey. The result is a creamy honey with a silky smooth texure.
